Simon Fransoo went on an exchange with AFS Intercultural Progam to Thailand for one year, after he finish high-school in Belgium
In his spare time in Thailand, he studied Traditional Thai Massage. As a result, he became interested in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.

After his AFS year he started to study midwifery at the University College Vives campus Brugge. Where he graduated as a midwife in 2015.
​
Simon also studied Traditional Chinese Medicine with a specialization in Acupuncture, after which he did other specializations at the Karel de Grote Hogeschool in collaboration with OTCG in Antwerp. Where he graduated within various branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine (including Acupuncture and Nutrition).
